had a great stay at Miss Tim House in Koh Samet! The staff was incredibly kind and apologetic when we found bed bugs on our first day. They didn't charge us for that night and even helped us find another hotel. The location was perfect and the room amenities exceeded our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. They were always willing to help with any requests and were very friendly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, being situated close to the port, making it convenient for our business trip. The hotel also offered great value for money, with affordable prices compared to other hotels in the area.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The cleanliness of the room was quite poor, with mold on the ceiling and dirt in the bathroom.

Convenient location near the pier and main beach. Room had air con, fan, fridge, and kettle. Good shower. Competitive price. Enjoyable stay.

The value for money at the hotel was great, we had all the basic amenities we needed in the room and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff at Miss Tim House were friendly and welcoming, making our check-in easy and ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options to choose from.

The owner was so cool and friendly, the location was super convenient - only 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to amazing street restaurants. The bed was huge and the room looked way better than the photos. The balcony had an incredible view and was the perfect spot to eat breakfast while listening to the birds sing. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
